Why Now is the Time to Make Your Business Simple
What would you do with an extra five hours a week?
What would you do if when you stepped away from your computer and you got a new lead, sale, email subscriber, new community member...
And you knew that person would be taken care of just as well as if you were sitting at your computer.
Because they would receive the right welcome, onboarding, and timely reminders to take the next steps in the process and it would feel personable and on brand and even more consistent than as if you were physically sending it all yourself.
What would you do with all that extra time? With that extra energy? With the extra space and flexibility?

Now is the time to stop putting off your systems, your processes, your operations… whatever the hell you want to call them.
Now is the time to make your business simple.
There might not be a “right time to create a simple business”.
You see, this is not a “Oh my gosh, we're heading into the new year” push or a “wrap up your 2023 with ease” push.
I want you to really think about what you would do with an extra five hours a week?
What would you do with all that extra time? With that extra energy? With that extra space, that flexibility.
What would you do if when you stepped away from your computer and you got a potential new client or a lead, or you got a new sale, a new email subscriber, or new community member — you knew that person would be taken care of just as well as if you were sitting at your computer.
You knew that they would receive the right welcome, the right hand holding, the right reminders for onboarding processes or the reminders to leave that review on the product they've just purchased and it would feel warm and on brand and as if you were there for the business.
How would that feel to be able to stop putting off your systems and to know that your business was just taking along beautifully?
And that you could take a nap in the middle of the workday, or you could spend more time with your kids, or you could go on holiday and leave your laptop behind and your business was still functioning for you.
Imagine what that would look like. Do you see it?
This stuff gets me so excited because I get to create those moments with my work. That dreamy, dreamy flexibility. That dreamy automation.
And maybe… systems aren't sexy. They aren’t the part of business that people can really see.
When I was creating the Simplicity Solution, we went through so many versions of names for it.
And in my coaching group, we talked about like, ‘simple sexy systems’, or ‘get your shit together’, and all these options of what we might call this program. Because when you talk about getting your systems in order, it does not feel like a sexy thing.
But the thing that is dreamy is what those systems, processes, operations, templates, what those can create for your business.
I encourage you to stop putting it off.
Stop putting it off because you don't feel like you're ready. Stop putting it off because it feels like it's going to take too much time. Stop putting it off because it feels a little overwhelming. Or that you don't feel techy enough.
That's what you have me for.
I am here to make sure that none of those things feel true. That someone is doing the heavy lifting for you. That you are being heard. That someone is walking the path to simplicity with you.
