Holiday Gift Guide for Entrepreneurs

We entrepreneurs are a rare breed.

Which can make shopping for us a bit of a challenge! So I’ve created a list of things that I know that I would love and that most of my fellow entrepreneurs would too!

Even better, I’ve included ideas for these from other small businesses that I love wherever possible!

Presents to To Unwind

  • Massage - who doesn’t want a massage to relieve stress and relax? We wear a lot of hats and having the time and space to let someone care for us, can make a huge difference.

  • Books - I’ve been taking a lot of screen-free time lately by reading books. Make the most of the colder, darker months by cuddling up with a good book! Alanna has you covered with ethically sourced books for every taste.

  • Winter Candles & Skincare - In the winter the soft light of a candle can make home feel even better! AND in the winter, our skin can take a real beating from the wind and cold.

  • Weekend Away - it took me a good couple of years after I started my business to go on a trip without my laptop. We all need time away to recharge and tune into what’s most important.

  • Bath Tray - I take at least 2 baths a week. Whether I’m catching up on Drag Race, reading or finally getting around to shaving my legs, having all my bath time accessories handy would be amazing!

  • Eye Pillow - My gal Emma sells these gorgeous silk, acupressure eye pillows. Which can provide a few moments of serene bliss — wherever and whenever you need it!

Gifts To Do Business with Ease

  • Website Power Hour - If they already have a Squarespace website, but want to get it tuned up to their liking one of my Power Hour sessions is for them!

  • Airpods Pro - I recently bought some new-to-me Airpods. I’d previously had some half-decent over-ear headphones and also some standard plug in headphones, but what makes these a game changer is the noise cancellation. Not only can I tune out anything I want to, but the microphone doesn’t pick up little noises (like my dehumidifier or the extractor fan in the call room at my coworking space).

  • Affirmation cards - I have the money mindset ones and I keep them on my desk in a little stand. I pick two each month to focus on!

  • A branding photoshoot - being able to show off your personality through your photos is so important to helping people connect with your business. You can use them on social media, your website, marketing materials and more! Gillian my to in NI and Karen is great for London-based entrepreneurs.

  • My favorite earth-friendly planner - While I stopped using a planner in the pandemic, this was my favorite one before we all pretty-much never left the house. It helped me stay organized, while also giving me space to reflect throughout the weeks and months.

  • Make traveling with your laptop easier - this one is on my own list this year. No need for adaptors when home in the US and only needing one plug if I also want to charge other items? Yes please!

  • The Email Closer templates - I bought these over a year ago and use them over and over again for launches. In my work I have connected with loads of copywriters and Dani is the best out there for launch copy!

  • Sustainable, branded packaging - I’m a service-based business and I’m wanting to buy some of this for when I send clients and team members gifts! Whether your business-owning friend sells products or services, we can all use some branded packaging.

Gifts For the Home Office

  • Key Light - ring lights are so annoyingly fiddly, plus they suck for those of us with glasses. I bought this earlier in the year and the heavy base means I can move it around the house to create videos or have it sitting on my desk for Zoom calls.

  • Desk mat - this is the closest I can find to the one I have! I got a desk mat to make mousing around a more comfortable experience, plus it makes my office space look fab!

  • Foot riser - I first got one of these at one of my old jobs and when I became self-employed I had to buy myself one! It helps keep me comfortable (because my desk height isn’t adjustable since it’s the kitchen table) and it moves so I can fiddle my feet about.

  • Calendar - Gorgeous stationery is always a plus!

Whether you want something you can mark up each day or the gorgeously evergreen and minimalist cement one that I have my eye on, Hunter Paper Co has you covered!

Or maybe you’re looking for a big wall planner, then Amy of Letter & Lime Design has just what you need.

  • Plants - They improve mental health and air quality, plus they make things look homier. What’s not to love?

Just for Fun Gifts

  1. Holiday S’mores Kit - I bought one of these already! I just couldn’t wait. I plan to save it for Boxing Day. We got the Valentine’s Day kit from The Mallow Makers and it was divine, so I’m really looking forward to this one.

  2. Booze - let’s be honest, a nice bottle of wine or an artisanal batch of their favorite spirit is always a good option. The Vinyard delivers whatever you’d like and is a women owned company.

  3. Supplies for their fav hobby - I recently bought a bunch of kettle dyed 100% wool yarn and have been enjoying trying new patterns, like socks! Many of us have a hard time doing nothing, keeping my hands busy helps me to do (almost) nothing.

  4. Personal Styling - Step into 2023 feeling fresh and more like yourself! Many of us have had our bodies change quite a lot through the pandemic. I myself am having a tough time finding out what I enjoy wearing and feel good in. My two go-to people for this are Nuala of Adorn Bespoke Styling and Joy of Potential U Personal Styling.

Well… that’s a wrap on all my favorite entrepreneur gift ideas for this holiday season. Now get to wrapping!
