Pick a CRM and create an account
Put together a folder that contains all your onboarding and offboarding content (contracts, invoice templates, questionnaires, standard emails you send out, feedback forms, etc.)
Start transferring each of these pieces into your CRM.
Create automated workflows in your new CRM that help you to free up time by automating when and how your clients receive each of the onboarding and offboarding pieces.
