Pick an email marketing tool and create an account
Create or download a CSV spreadsheet of all the people who have signed up for your email list and import it into your new email marketing tool
Think about the categories you want to be able to email about separate things and create some segments in your email system
Create a branded email template
Create a really good lead magnet and set up an email to automatically go out when someone signs up
Set up a great welcome sequence so people can get to know you and your brand
Send out regular emails with valuable content for your community (don’t forget to invite them to buy from you when appropriate)
Continue promoting your lead magnet/freebie and watch your community grow!
