You need some project management

You’ve got loads of incredible projects and ideas on the go — you just need somewhere to keep track of them all. You’re losing loads of time by not having a home base for your tasks and processes.

To have a better idea of what’s coming down the line and where you should focus your energies, I recommend you invest a bit of time setting up a project management tool — like Asana.

I'm Ellie, your new systems obsessed friend & here’s my recommended next steps for your business:

  1. Pick a project management tool and create an account

  2. Spend some time writing down all the big projects you have going on over the next few months in your business and the basic tasks involved in each

  3. Start documenting your processes, I recommend doing this via video with a free tool like loom*.

  4. Start populating your projects with tasks and your process video links!

  5. Remember that this is an ongoing process, you don’t have to have your entire business in your project management system from day one.

*Affiliate disclaimer* Some of my recommended tools are affiliate links, meaning I will make a small commission if you sign up for a paid plan, but I promise I only recommend tools I know and love and that I know you will too!
